How We Got There

The Shuswap Farmstand Program began with identifying a clear opportunity to enhance agritourism while supporting local producers. I conducted early outreach to gauge interest from farmers, tourism partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and viability. Feedback confirmed strong support, allowing us to shape a program rooted in community needs. With that foundation, I secured funding and moved forward with a strategic launch.
